Here is an episode of Living Consciously.tv that I was on a couple of weeks ago. Topic was "How to live the truth at work" I didn't speak up as much as in previous shows but when I rewatched it, I realized what a lot of good commentary is in it. It stimulates thinking about one of the major areas of our life and how we bring our own truth and authenticity into the time we spend at "work"
Back in November, 2011, I was interviewed on the show Real Coaching Radio Network. That led to being a guest on a panel discussion in a program called Living Consciously TV. After, that I was invited to become a member of the cast, which I have done. The idea of the show is to have topics that lead to greater awareness and happiness being discussed by a panel that strives to "keep it real."
Authenticity and individual viewpoints, even if they conflict, are encouraged. I am really pleased with the show and cast members. It is my hope that everyone that watches will find something to stimulate, provoke, support them in their own personal journey. Here is the link to Living Consciously TV. You can watch live or any of the archived shows which are streamed on the internet.

These ways of relating offer opportunity to the other to feel free and comfortable around us. It's supportive for their growth and ours. We open our hearts and reduce our judging. We actually become more free as we offer it to others. We are less attached to what we think is right for others and let them be truly who they are. At the same time, we grow through increased compassion and understanding.
